I logged into my gamestop account where Spore appeared to be in my game library. It gave me instructions on how to download it which were to activate it through the origin website. When I went to the Origin website link it redirected me to an EA product redeem page, where I copy and pasted the code and it said it was invalid.
I searched google for an Origin redeem code page and I found one and tried it there, still didn't work.
Am I missing something? Go to Solution. Hey sgtdipstick57 the most likely cause for the issue you are seeing is that you have multiple EA accounts and have redeemed the game code to a different account than the one you are in now.
